The company agrees to keep client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property developed or provided by the company as part of the services will remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

The company's liability for any damages arising from the services provided will be limited to the fees paid by the client for those services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled according to the terms of the agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bengaluru, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

11. Changes to Terms

The company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
