Return Policy


The return policy for services provided by Herody ( An Unit of Jaketa Media and Entertainment Private Limited), herein referred to as "the Company.

1. Return Eligibility

a. Returns are only applicable to services that have not been satisfactorily rendered or completed.

b. Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client are not eligible for return.

c. Return requests must be made within 7 days of the initial service delivery date.


2. Return Process

a. To initiate a return, the client must submit a written return request to the Company via email or registered mail.

b. The return request must include the reason for the return and any supporting documentation deemed necessary by the Company.

c. The Company will review the return request within 15 business days of receipt and notify the client of the decision.


3. Return Approval

a. If the Company approves the return request, arrangements will be made to rectify the unsatisfactory service.

b. The Company may offer to redo the service or provide a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.


4. Return Denial

a. If the Company denies the return request, the client will be provided with a written explanation for the denial.

b. The client may appeal the denial by providing additional information or evidence to support their claim.

c. All decisions regarding return denials are final.


5. Cancellation Policy

The Company shall not be liable for returns if the failure to render services is due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government regulations.


6. Force Majeure

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method the client used to make the initial payment. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to the client's account may vary depending on the payment provider.


7. Modifications

a. The Company reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.

b. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website or notifying clients via email.


8. Governing Law

a. This return policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bengaluru.

b. Any disputes arising from or relating to this return policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
